Day 1
Arrive in Ioannina
Sleep · Ioannina
Walk the lakeside citadel and Ottoman quarter before heading into the mountains.
Day 2
Into Zagori
Sleep · Papigo
Drive via the Vikos viewpoint at Oxya, then walk to the Rovies pools beneath the Astraka peaks.
Day 3
The gorge floor
Sleep · Papigo
Six to seven hours down into and along the Vikos gorge, returning to Papigo by evening.
Day 4
Stone bridges
Sleep · Tsepelovo
Via the Kokkoros and Missios bridges, with an afternoon walk to Beloi for the gorge view.

Village to village

A shorter walk between Tsepelovo, Vradeto and the old Vradeto Steps.
